Summer Market

Nothing says summer like Lemon Meringue Pie. So I would like to welcome my most popular summer marshmallow- Lemon Meringue Pie. A layer of sugar cookie crust topped with a zesty lemon marshmallow and finished with a layer of vanilla bean marshmallow. Its a mouthful. Shown above on a beautiful adorned stick by Party Paper Scissors, these large bites are perfect for a dessert, favor, or sweet treat with an espresso.

Gourmet marshmallows in other summer flavors will be at the market on July 9, July 23, and August 6 including Neapolitan, Raspberry, Georgia Peach, and Strawberry Rhubarb. My classic flavors- Coconut, Chai, Cocoa, Vanilla Bean, and Espresso will be available too.

I will be bringing a selection of confections and bakery items. I am trying a few new recipes for biscuits and pound cakes. Both delicious on their own or sliced and topped with fresh summer berries. Other items planned are: vanilla and maple mini donuts, peanut brittle, s'mores kits, and jumbo marshmallows ready for roasting.
